Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Catalog Management - To ensure timely upload of new products, increase catalog size, maintain inventory, pricing and content
2. Inventory Management To update daily closing stock, maintain inventory health DOI, and raise timely inventory depletion alerts for fulfilment
3. Pricing Management To update and maintain desired price points on the catalog and raise timely alerts and take rectification actions if portal commissions, overheads have increased
4. Competition Benchmarking To closely track competition and suggest matching in terms of assortment, price, promotions and visibility
5. Promotions- To identify potential and on-going promotional campaign participation and act on increasing promotions visibility for the brand
6. Sales And Returns To track and update on platform-wise and overall sales, manage invoices, returns, customer return disputes, reconciliations and devise methods to reduce returns
7. Quality Checks To conduct robust product inward and outward qc, improve seller rating by increasing positive feedback on orders, RCA and rectification of negative feedback and quality issues
